Need to send a parcel, handle your banking, renew your driving licence or pick up travel money? We have you covered.

We offer all standard Post Office services including Royal Mail and Parcelforce parcel services, everyday banking with cash deposits and withdrawals, bill payments, Western Union money transfers, passport applications and much more.

Our knowledgeable team is on hand to help with everything from simple letters to complex international shipments. Open Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Outreach

Bringing the Post Office to the villages

Alongside our Wells counter, we run weekly outreach sessions in Syderstone and North Creake.

Both sessions take place every Wednesday at the village halls: Syderstone from 9:00am to 11:30am and North Creake from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. They sit alongside the Norfolk Stores mobile Post Office, taking our total to 20 outreach locations across Norfolk.
